Life Changers Church firmly believes in baptism. 
BOTH water baptism and the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

So what is water baptism?

1. It is a public confession of Jesus Christ as Lord of your life.

 I'm now following Jesus  ALL the way.  Forsaking your old manner of life and walking in your new life in Jesus Christ.

2. It's now putting on Christ:

A.  Getting rid of the `old man` - the way you used to be

B.  Putting on the 'new self' - living your new life according to the Word of God

3. Identifying with all righteousness. (The key being with and together)

Water Baptism in its significance means to be `Identified with`.

A.      Crucified with Christ (Galatians 2 v20)

B.      Died with Christ (Romans 6 v 3)

C.      Buried with Christ (Romans 6 v 4)

D.      Made Righteous with Him (Romans 4 v 25)

E.       Made Alive with Christ (Romans 6 v 8 & 10 v 11)

F.       Raised with Him (Romans 6 v 4-5)

G.      Seated with Him (Ephesians 2 v 5-6)

H.      Reigning in Life with Him (Romans 5 v 17)


A great passage to read in the Bible is of the eager Ethiopian eunuch who believed and was baptised - Acts 8 v 26-40.
